TECH NEWS

Product failure analysis gets Boost: A telescopic 3D stage high resolution microscope was commissioned.
A diode array Spectrophotometer was added to our laboratory allows reflectance, color and absorption
measurements over 190nm to 1100 nm region of the optical spectrum.
